Coordinate with clients through voice, video calls, and emails to explain project details, convince the customer for site visits, handle inbound & outbound calls, make follow-up calls, and fix appointments for site visits. Convert leads into prospective clients. Follow up with clients after site visits to understand their experience. Achieve pre-sales targets set by the company.

SPOC for customers for complete customer life cycle. Details validation from booking form, introducing customers to the journey till possession. New Customers onboarding, line up registrations. Collection as per payment schedule. Maintaining records and updating customers about project progress. Attending escalations, maintaining feedback, and MIS reporting.

Site Execution, manpower planning and scheduling, coordination with contractors, daily site operations control, experience in highrise building projects and Mivon technology is a must.

Project coordination & conduct required meetings with site team & external consultants to achieve planned targets. Detailed checking of all types of drawings & release GFC. Control on various NOCs based on project design planning. Site visits & slab checking, coordination within department, management and consultant guidance to internal team.

Assist the Group CEO in day-to-day business activities. Responsibilities include calendar management, arranging meetings and recording minutes, travel arrangements, coordination with departments and project sites, and providing administrative support. Required skills: Fluent English, Calendar management, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsible for meeting arrangements, calendar management, managing appointments, dashboard for daily planners, setting reminders, following up with department heads for reports, MIS administration, and visitor management.

Responsible for planning and implementing brand promotion and marketing activities to increase sales opportunities. Understand project and sales requirement and design & execute campaigns and activities within approved budgets. Undertake market research to understand market/client requirements and provide inputs to management. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors. Periodically prepare MIS on marketing activities and performance of different marketing channels.

Managing human resources function and administration for corporate office and site offices. Responsibilities include staffing, retention, compensation management, compliances, performance management, counselling, conflict management, leaves administration, disciplinary processes, IR, policy enforcement, and general administration. Key deliverables: Human resources planning, talent acquisition and retention, statutory compliances.
